About Us

We use the natural curiosity of children to teach academic and critical thinking skills. With a gifted teaching staff, small classes and varied instruction, PS 166Q takes a whole child approach to elementary education. We work together to meet the intellectual, social and emotional needs of each and every one of our children.

Ruby Bridges Walk to School

On Friday, November 14, PS166Q will be participating in the Ruby Bridges Walk to School event. This day celebrates the bravery of Ruby Bridges and encourages students to walk together in unity, honoring her courage and commitment to equality. It’s a chance for students to learn the importance of standing up for what is right. If you would like to participate, please join us at any of the three meeting points listed on the RBWTS flyer in the Virtual Takehome Folder. Wear purple, make some signs and bring your passion for justice and activism as we pledge our support against bullying and racism.
